It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

On the weekend, we went out in search of a Christmas tree. The experience was different this year. Rosie was not sleeping in a sling under my coat, instead the big girl was bundled on a sleigh with her big brother. William wasn't too sure about the ride, especially with the snow blowing in his face. After moments on the sled he told us 'This thing needs a roof!' So they both decided to get up and walk, with us and Oma and Gramps, in search for the perfect tree. But after a short time, Rosie found her new boots too much work and choose to just sit and eat snow.

William was having fun playing the clown. He would point to tree stubs and say that was the tree he wanted and then laugh away. He thought he was hilarious!

And then we finally found our tree.

The next day, the decorating began. Rosie was in complete awe of the tree, pointing and shouting at it. Well, that was then, now her game is to pull off the ornaments when she thinks no one is watching.

As for William, as soon as the tree was up and decorated, it was back to business as usual.

Glad some things never change :)
